Welcome to Anchorage Hillside Rotary Club's home on the web.

We are a morning club. Hillside is smallish in size but large in the spirit of Rotary. You could not find a better way to start your day than visiting our club, enjoying our fellowship, having a good breakfast, and participating in a great program that will have you ready to face the day with a smile and good positive attitude. Hillside is a "can do" club. We have several successful ongoing projects. They are successful because our individual club members are empowered to practice the mantra of Rotary - "Service Above Self". Our two big fundraisers each year are our now world famous "Moose Marble Madness” and our annual Foundation Night auction and dinner. Our education and literacy programs provide scholarships to the Alaska Military Youth Academy and the New Directions Learning Center. We also support the “Beacon Hill Project” which helps with emergency housing to displaced women and children, two Adopt-a-Road cleanups a year as well as many other activities and programs that make a difference at home and around the world. Hillside, as a club, practices our Club's Motto: "Service Above Self".

If you are a Rotarian that needs a makeup, or just a change of venue - join us. I know you will enjoy our meeting and we always enjoy visiting with our fellow Rotarians. Currently we are meeting at Doriola's Restaurant located 510 Tudor every Thursday morning at 7:00 a.m. We even have our own menu!

If you are interested in joining Rotary or are looking for a Rotary home, please visit with us so I can show you why I made Anchorage Hillside Rotary my Rotary home. We at Hillside look forward to visiting with you throughout this Rotary Year. Join us and see why we are called the "Good Morning" club.

Yours in Rotary,

President COL Mike Bridges
